About the role

This position is a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Talent Management who leads various talent management activities, including reputed company, on-boarding, training, employee engagement, and strategic sourcing processes. Interfaces with leadership regarding talent management policies, practices and procedures for an assigned business unit or department.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience. 
  • 5+ years experience in reputed company field with a specific focus on People Data, reputed company Reporting, Workforce Analytics, or Workforce Planning. 
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience presenting to, managing and partnering with global stakeholders across multiple cultures and time zones.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing reputed company, cross-functional programs. 
  • Experience telling a story using data and extracting key insights, helping stakeholders drive action. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive solutions and reputed company. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Advanced organization, project management, and communication skills. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, experience interpreting workforce plans and forecasts.
  • Experience with data/analytics models and tools. 
  • Ability to dive into deeper reasons “why” and “how” workforce changes occurred that impact the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and cross-functional teams to execute the strategic workforce planning program that drives recurring workforce planning activities, delivers actionable planning insights, and manages strategic initiatives to reputed company workforce gaps as part of the planning cycle. The role owns the reputed company of the workforce demand plans, addresses critical gaps, supports the organization’s workforce transformation, and aligns to company’s overarching workforce strategies. 
  • Workforce Planning Strategy Development & Preparation. 
  • Consult on best practices for workforce planning (location strategy, experience & talent mix of organization) with business leaders, reputed company and HR Business Partners (HRBP). 
  • Conduct a workforce gap analysis, including size, composition, staffing, and skills/competencies gaps/surpluses with existing analytics dashboard. 
  • reputed company workforce data to collaborate with HRBP’s, business leaders, Finance, and other cross functional teams to drive workforce strategies including critical gaps, org design, and other key reputed company required. 
  • Analyze reports and finalize demand model recommendations. 
  • Workforce Planning Execution with Business and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Partner with business and cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company workforce plans that address critical gaps between reputed company workforce and anticipated future workforce needs.

  • Manage cross-functional organization activities that support workforce strategies planned to ensure timely execution, reputed company, and program reputed company. Partner cross-functional collaboration across Finance, reputed company, HRBP’s and the Tech teams to bring everyone along in the process. 
  • Partner with other teams to maximize workforce productivity and streamline overall planning processes with business.

  • Assess the effectiveness of the workforce planning effort, including collecting stakeholder feedback throughout the workforce planning effort. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve workforce reputed company state and reputed company incremental improvements in overall planning process.
