About the Role

What You’ll Own

Agency Strategy & New Business

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years in performance or growth marketing, with 2+ years in creator reputed company, reputed company reputed company, or affiliate and at least 3 years in a leadership role managing managers and owning division-level reputed company.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling a creator reputed company practice, department, or business unit, including hiring, structuring teams, and standing up operational systems.

  • Comfortable contributing to new business pitches and client budget development in an agency or consultative setting.
