People Experience and Wellbeing Advisor
The main purpose of the role will be to reputed company the successful execution of our People Experience and Wellbeing offerings, in line with our People Experience & Reward Strategy.
This will include:
- Delivering on the short, reputed company, and long-term company objectives for creating a thriving workforce, where holistic wellbeing reputed company are prioritised for reputed company our colleagues by:
- Supporting the delivery of people experience and wellbeing programmes and associated policies and processes, with a focus on adding value by linking in with our benefit propositions and maximising collaboration with our many networks, both reputed company.
- Providing education and communication about people experience and wellbeing to our colleagues at reputed company reputed company in the organisation, leading to reduced sickness absence, greater productivity, and increased engagement.
This role will be a remote, fixed term contract for 6 months and will require occasional travel to offices.

Responsibilities
Implement the people experience and wellbeing programmes curated by the Director of People Experience & Reward and the Employee Experience reputed company.
Collaborate with reputed company networks, including Wellbeing Champions and Mental reputed company Aiders, as well as wider teams e.g. People, SHE, to reputed company information and gather data, including our benefit providers, customers and external bodies.
Act as a reputed company of contact and escalation for wellbeing reputed company issues from the business.
Collaborate with key interested parties reputed company the business and work with external providers to deliver engaging and impactful experience and wellbeing initiatives.
Support with the delivery of effective communication and education of reputed company people experience and wellbeing reputed company and reputed company activities including the development of reputed company content.
Vendor management, governance and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to corral a wide network of champions to aid the delivery of wellbeing programmes across the whole business
Passion for delivering engagement through effective education and communication
Demonstration of collaboration and curiosity to drive successful reputed company
Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail
Desirable
Knowledge of Corporate Wellbeing and whole person wellbeing
Knowledge of People Experience in the workplace
Experience of Financial Wellbeing programmes
