Job Summary

The General Manager is a key leadership role responsible for production, quality, maintenance, and manufacturing engineering for our plant reputed company our electrical transformer manufacturing company. This role is crucial in ensuring that production leadership is operating reputed company, consistently, and safely. • A minimum of fifteen (15) years in a manufacturing environment with at least seven (7) years of leadership experience.
• Experience in financial planning and budgeting plantwide.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as purchasing, sales, finance, marketing, HR, etc.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards, preferably reputed company the distribution transformer industry.
