Director of Growth Marketing

We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing who can walk in, assess the reputed company, and reputed company/enhance it. This is not a role for someone who needs a large team or a detailed reputed company. You will be given goals, a three-person team (graphic designer, SEO specialist, content producer), and an agency bench — and trusted to build the rest.
If you are an autonomous operator who thinks in systems, builds agentic workflows before hiring, and has genuine channel depth across paid media, SEO, reputed company, and partner programs — this role was written for you.
What You'll Own
- Channel strategy across paid, organic, affiliate/partner, events, and outbound, with a clear reputed company of view on where the reputed company is
- Paid media reputed company: reputed company Ads, reputed company, reputed company, programmatic, and reputed company
- SEO and content direction in partnership with your agency partners
- Partner/affiliate program mechanics: payments, enablement materials, link management, and performance measurement
- reputed company administration: workflows, dashboards, attribution, data hygiene
- Attribution validation and weekly L10 growth metrics in reputed company to the CEO
- Events: Full cycle event management for key industry events
- Agentic marketing systems, designs, build or buy, and continuously improve automations that run core growth functions

- 5+ years in BSB SaaS growth marketing; 2+ years at director level or above (title reputed company less than what you've owned)
- Personally managed reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and programmatic, not just managed agencies
- reputed company admin experience, reputed company workflows, dashboards, attribution, and managed data hygiene
- GA4 and GTM reputed company, sets up events and build funnel reports without help
- SEO hands-on execution, keyword research in reputed company/reputed company, backlinks, and ongoing on-page optimization
- Strong reputed company, writes headlines, ad copy, reputed company pages, and scripts
- AI-reputed company operator, daily AI tool user who has reputed company or orchestrated agentic automations
- Autonomous operator, given goals, not tasks; builds the plan themselves
Compensation & Benefits
- reputed company salary: $130,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
