As our reputed company Production Underwriter, you’ll be the face of reputed company to independent agents and brokers across the region—cultivating long-term partnerships, uncovering opportunities, and driving profitable growth for accounts under $50,000 in premium. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role where your expertise and initiative won’t just be appreciated—they’ll be essential.

What You’ll Do

• Build, expand, and nurture strong relationships with independent agents and brokers throughout the MA, CT and RI territory.
• Evaluate insurance submissions to ensure profitability and performance while delivering exceptional service.
• Partner closely with reputed company analysts to uphold high standards of quality and responsiveness.
• Recruit new agency partners and reputed company the performance of existing relationships.
• Collaborate with Middle Market and Loss Sensitive partners to drive strategy and execution.

Where You’ll Work

You must be based in Massachusetts or Connecticut to effectively cover your territory.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPCU or insurance designation preferred.
• 2+ years of technical P&C reputed company experience

• Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory.
