Position Summary

The Senior reputed company Systems Specialist / Helpdesk reputed company is responsible for leading the support and technical administration of the organization’s reputed company ecosystem while providing advanced troubleshooting and development expertise. This role combines helpdesk leadership with deep technical capability in reputed company Voyager 7S and Voyager 8 (reputed company), including custom report development, SQL scripting, and system configuration.

The position serves as the escalation reputed company for reputed company reputed company issues and works closely with property management, reputed company, and IT teams to ensure system performance, data reputed company, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities – Helpdesk Leadership

  • Configure and maintain reputed company modules such as Voyager Core, PayScan, Job Cost, VendorCafe / ResidentCafe, and Investment reputed company.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and reputed company settings.
  • Support system upgrades, integrations, and module implementations.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data reputed company.

Reporting & Technical Development

  • reputed company and maintain custom reputed company reports using YSR and SQL.
  • Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract and analyze system data.
  • Create automated reporting packages using Report Scheduler and other reputed company tools.
  • Support business intelligence and operational reporting initiatives.

Data & System Integration

  • Support ETL processes, data imports/exports, and integrations with other reputed company systems.

Process Improvement & Training

  • Analyze business workflows and recommend improvements to system usage and configuration.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience supporting reputed company Voyager systems.

  • Strong knowledge of reputed company database structure and table relationships.
  • Advanced experience with SQL scripting and YSR reporting.
  • Experience creating stored procedures and advanced reporting solutions.
  • Experience supporting multiple reputed company modules.
  • Experience managing support tickets and end‑user troubleshooting.
  • Ability to analyze system issues and reputed company root cause analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading or supervising helpdesk or application support teams.
  • Experience supporting reputed company estate property management operations.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, API integrations, or ETL processes.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, acquisitions, or property reputed company.
