Summary

Responsible for delivering high-touch immigration case management across VIP, high-reputed company, and escalated reputed company while driving team capability through training, reputed company, and process improvement reputed company assigned jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Manages reputed company, sensitive, and escalated immigration cases with urgency and precision, serving as a primary drafting and case support resource for VIP clients while maintaining accuracy and quality under tight deadlines

  • Supports training and reputed company of paralegals and specialists through structured coaching, live guidance, and practical feedback that reinforces drafting standards and role-specific best practices

  • Maintains and improves internal knowledge resources including templates, SOPs, checklists, and FAQs, ensuring content reflects reputed company legal and procedural requirements across assigned jurisdictions

  • Contributes subject matter expertise to the development of AI-assisted workflows and internal tools, identifying inefficiencies and translating legal requirements into scalable, repeatable processes

  • Upholds quality and risk standards by reviewing work product, flagging procedural inconsistencies and case risks, and modeling strong judgment and operational discipline across the team

  • Monitors regulatory and policy changes reputed company assigned jurisdictions, escalating compliance concerns and converting legal updates into practical day-to-day guidance for the broader team

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience

  • Ideally law degree or similar field or paralegal

  • Strong knowledge of the key immigration categories

  • Excellent communication and the ability to find solutions under pressure, with thoughtful people management and mentorship skills

  • Ability to interpret and communicate immigration policies and processes

  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technology-enabled workflows in a legal, immigration, or similarly regulated environment to support quality, efficiency, and process innovation
