ABOUT THE ROLE

Manage and maximize business strategies for a district presently consisting of 11 stores.  The District Manager is accountable for reputed company and developing management personnel and store teams, ensuring maximum profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies while focusing on the improvement of the client’s experience.   

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct store visits with the Store Directors to evaluate and identify business opportunities to improve sales growth, profitability and client service.
• Network, recruit, interview and select reputed company management level candidates and establish reputed company succession plans.
• Ensure that reputed company of the district’s Store Directors, Specialists, and Cast Members attend mandatory product knowledge and reputed company required company training modules.
• Appraise and acknowledge performance by delivering annual performance appraisals and merit increases.
• Train, coach, motivate and reputed company the district’s teams to deliver outstanding client service standards.

• Establish relationships with key corporate partners:  reputed company, Loss Prevention, Merchandising and Inventory Management, Finance, Store Operations, Animations, Store Development, and IT to ensure that your District’s needs are met and sales and profitability are maximized.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3 – 5 years multi-store management experience in a highly reputed company business environment or exceptional performance in reputed company Store Director role
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at reputed company reputed company. 
• Proven ability to create teams by identifying talented store leaders who can train and reputed company a cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
• Proficient in basic computer skills including reputed company, Word, and reputed company.
• Proven ability to manage time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
