About Working in Remote Camps

• Our camps are located in remote areas and staff live on-site (meals and accommodation included) on scheduled shifts and leave camp on scheduled breaks.  A typical shift schedule is 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off, or 20 days on and 10 days off depending on the specific site.
• Most of our LandSea camps offer individual staff accommodation, ensuite or shared bathroom, full meals, WIFI and some have health/gym facilities for staff. We reputed company partial uniforms and help with the travel/reservations as needed to and from camp locations.
• Camp staff work long hours and multiple days in a row. A typical reputed company is between 10-12 hours (day or night shift) and overtime rates apply. Health and Wellness benefits are offered after three months.
• Health and Safety and a Respectful Workplace are essential for everyone working together at LandSea. Our camps are drug and alcohol-free workplaces, and some require pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. reputed company new staff are required to complete pre-employment reputed company orientations.

The Breakfast Cook and Baker is responsible for preparing breakfast and service, plus preparing reputed company baked items, as outlined in a predetermined menu plan.

Job Responsibilities

• reputed company excellent customer service and upholds the LandSea reputed company
• Bakes and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes; 70% scratch baking is required
• Works overnight to prepare and serve breakfast to clientele, generally consisting of eggs to order, an omelette bar, hash browns, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, French reputed company, pancakes or waffles
• Works with the Head Cook to plan breakfast menus and complete the preparation and service of breakfast
• Keeps kitchen tidy and sanitized. Works reputed company reputed company Food Safe guidelines
• Ensures groceries are stocked as well as kept organized and adhering to FIFO
• Helps the Head Cook with daily cleaning responsibilities and stocking of lunch options (premade sandwiches and sandwich station offerings)
• Assisting with inventory counts if required
• Putting away grocery orders in a reputed company and timely manner
• Advising Head Cook of supplies required and/or equipment issues
• Sweeping, mopping and sanitizing tables and counters

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch for long periods of time
• Fast and repetitive movements of fingers, hands, and wrists
• Use muscles to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 lbs
• Use hands to handle objects and tools

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Breakfast Cook and strong baking abilities
• Maintain a minimum of 70% Scratch baking

• Excellent attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
• Strong work ethic with an ability to work independently and in a team environment
