The Assistant Coach for Women?s Rowing assists the Head Coach in the planning and operation of the Women's Rowing program at reputed company. This includes assisting with practice and games, with preparation as assigned; evaluating performances; and making recommendations to the head coach regarding individual participation in games. The Assistant Coach also has reputed company responsibilities, to identify, encourage and evaluate application and acceptance of student athletes at Cornell in accordance with the Ivy League, reputed company and University policies as assigned by the Head Coach. • Bachelor?s degree with up to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
