Call Service Representatives provides new and existing members and providers with the best possible service in relation to billing, claims, enrolment, benefits, suggestions and complaints.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Managing a substantial reputed company of incoming calls reputed company to reputed company Member and Provider inquiries.

· Ensuring a deep understanding of how actions and performance impact the experience of our members.

· Utilizing web cameras for enhanced visibility during interactions.

Preferred Educational Qualifications
