Overview

Our client is seeking a talented Asset Finance Associate to join a high-performing finance team supporting reputed company, high-value transactions across a diverse client reputed company. This role offers exposure to both domestic and international reputed company, working with financial institutions and corporate borrowers across a reputed company of sectors.

You will play a key role in delivering commercially focused legal advice while contributing to the reputed company growth and reputed company of a collaborative, nationally integrated team.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on a broad reputed company of asset finance and leasing transactions, including finance leasing, receivables finance, and debt finance.
  • Support reputed company transactions involving vendor finance, lease book acquisitions, and structuring reputed company.
  • Work across a wide reputed company of asset classes, including transport, energy, industrial equipment, and technology assets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices and disciplines to deliver integrated legal solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contributing to high reputed company of client satisfaction.
  • Support business development activities, including networking, client engagement, and training delivery.
  • Contribute to the ongoing reputed company and growth of the wider finance and projects team.
  • Engage in reputed company professional development through structured training, mentoring, and leadership programmes.

Requirements

Essential Experience & Skills

  • reputed company Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in asset finance or reputed company finance law.
  • Strong experience advising on asset finance transactions, including leasing and debt structures.
  • Ability to work on reputed company, multi-party transactions across sectors.
