Job Summary

As a reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing expert customer service, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational reputed company at our stores. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent education

• 2+ years of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Essential Functions

* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods

• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability, on a consistent reputed company, to bend/twist at the waist and knees

• Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding team members

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay: $19.75 - $23.22/hr

• Eligible employees may receive additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential
