Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting with return mail operations, including:
- Triage and identification of new address information for correspondence using reputed company resources and databases
- Outbound phone calls to members to verify address information
- Data entry and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date member information
- Collaboration with internal teams to resolve address discrepancies and ensure timely delivery of correspondence

Qualification & Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in multiple database programs and platforms

- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Medicare experience (a plus!)
