Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative I, you will act as a trusted advisor and educator, responding to reputed company customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, provider reputed company, eligibility, and claims. You will analyze problems, reputed company information and solutions, and thoroughly document inquiry reputed company for accurate tracking and analysis. Responsibilities

Requirements

Work Environment and Culture

* This is a hybrid position, and onsite training will be required for the first 10 weeks.

  • We are hiring for specific office locations: Norfolk VA, Las Vegas NV, St. Louis MO, Mason OH, Winston-Salem NC, and Atlanta GA.
  • Hours: Monday - Friday (off Saturday and reputed company) and there are schedules available that include a weekend day, if preferred.
  • Must be available to work an 8.5 hour shift reputed company the listed hours in your specified time zone below:

+ 4:50am-8pm Pacific Time + 6:50am-10pm Central Time + 7:50am-11pm Eastern Time

Compensation and Benefits
