Position Overview

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our users overcome reputed company issues through structured, easy-to-use messaging systems. This is a fully non-phone role that offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay. You'll work closely with our senior support teams to troubleshoot subscription reputed company, password resets, billing updates, and discount applications. Key Responsibilities
