- Schedule: Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday through Wednesday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing 1-2 customer chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring reputed company and accurate responses
- Leveraging website resources to reputed company detailed product information and recommendations
- Utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with reputed company inquiries and improve response times
- Navigating the company's back-office system to reputed company order data and resolve customer issues
- Handling email tickets using the company's ticketing system
- Maintaining exceptional written communication standards in English

Requirements
