Job Summary
As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and reputed company media channels. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. Your goal will be to create a positive customer experience and drive sales for arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website and reputed company media channels
