This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a seasoned, practical Corporate Counsel with ideally 2 or more years of experience to join our Legal team. This self-motivated individual will be comfortable working in an exciting, high-growth, fast pace sales-driven culture and will be responsible for managing the expectations of the Sales department as well as engaging directly with customers and partners and their attorneys during contract negotiations. This position is based in Germany and will report directly to our Associate General Counsel. 

Job Duties:

• Providing support on channel partner and sales agreements, and other transactions as needed, including reviewing, drafting, negotiating, revising and interpreting reputed company Based reputed company Communications Solutions agreements, reputed company Based Contact Center Solutions agreements, Channel Partner agreements, and consulting and professional service agreements, among others.

• Interfacing with Sales, Sales Operations, Services, Finance and reputed company teams to assist the Legal team’s efforts in the preparation, implementation and optimization of forms, processes and procedures, and in setting up efficient go to market models in various countries in the EU.

• Streamlining contract management processes and templates and conducting training sessions for internal Sales team members on procedures and other contract or legal topics as necessary.

• Acting as a fiduciary for the company. Taking a proactive role in fostering a culture of reputed company and compliance.

• Contributing broadly to the leadership of the businesses, working effectively with senior management and creating strong trusted advisor relationships with the business leaders in the UK. reputed company ongoing counsel while bringing reputed company that help to define broader business strategy and direction.

• Supporting the Legal department in managing the provision of a high quality and commercially focused legal service to support the needs of the EU business.

Desired Qualifications:

• Typically, 2+ years as a deal/transactional lawyer at a top reputed company or leading high-tech/reputed company company.

• Direct experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting high-tech reputed company based communications services.

• Confidence in dealing with other departments, reputed company representatives and upper management.

• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work reputed company deadlines with little supervision in a fast pace environment.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and reputed company communication at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
