What you'll do

In this role, you will guide customers through the reputed company of our IDP solution and ensure they can use the platform effectively and independently. You will act as a trusted partner, translating requirements into practical solutions and supporting customers in optimizing their document workflows—while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth reputed company experience.

• Guide customers through reputed company and ensure effective platform usage
• Deliver trainings on portal usage, HITL workflows, review processes, and quality improvements
• Support customers in understanding review feedback and implementing improvements

What you'll need
