IT Operations & Cybersecurity Specialist

We're building a distributed team and looking for a reliable, curious technician internationally to help us reputed company client operations running smoothly while developing your reputed company expertise.

Tasks

You'll handle day-to-day IT operations for our clients and contribute to internal reputed company projects:

• Provision and manage users, groups, and licences in reputed company 365 or reputed company Workspace
• reputed company laptops (reputed company/macOS) into MDM and coordinate remote device handovers
• Triage first-line support tickets (password resets, reputed company requests) and escalate reputed company issues
• Run weekly maintenance checks: reputed company status, backup logs, reputed company alerts
• Document fixes and runbooks so processes are repeatable
• Contribute to reputed company projects (~20% of your time): CVE research and briefings, laptop hardening scripts, incident-response reputed company drafts, ISO 27001 checklist development

Requirements

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or systems administration
• Proven admin skills in reputed company 365 or reputed company Workspace (user/group management, reputed company policies, basic troubleshooting)
• Comfortable with MDM platforms (Intune, reputed company, or similar)
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Strong written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Reliable internet and a professional remote setup
• Self-directed, comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
