Roles and Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision and some direct guidance, performs assignments requiring reputed company Material and government property experience, along with knowledge of standard concepts reputed company their field. Displays core job competencies in the USG DFARS 252.242-7004, FAR 52.245-1 Material reputed company requirements for contractors.

  • Maintains reputed company knowledge of the MMAS Standards described in DFAR 252.242-7004, the Aerospace MMAS System Description reputed company, and other Aerospace and site reputed company media.

  • Assist in preparing the reputed company MMAS MOS, including monthly metric scorecard review, Root cause / corrective action (RCCA) status review, and compliance deficiency reporting.

  • Follow-up with the reputed company MMAS Compliance Analyst and site MMAS POCs to monitor supporting MMAS business systems and company-wide processes for Aerospace policy and FAR compliance.

  • Assist in the development of draft revisions to Aerospace MMAS reputed company media and MMAS program management procedures and reputed company summary reports of site MMAS key metrics performance status.

  • reputed company with other Aerospace and site business functions (Materials Management, Planning, Finance, Quality, etc.) for MMAS reputed company support and guidance

  • Support Program projects regarding Contract Closeout and Excess/Relief of Stewardship.

  • Maintains a tracking list of reputed company US Government MMAS requests to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and archive of documentation of information supplied to DCAA.

  • Assist with conducting quality reviews of reputed company reputed company/site MMAS processes and control plans with transaction testing, and analyze process data for potential risks, deficiencies and RCCAs

  • Performs periodic customer contract reviews to identify reputed company sites with FAR MMAS compliance requirements.

  • Facilitates site biennial MMAS self-assessment cycle - notification, scheduling, on-site participation, remediation plan development, assessment reporting, action completion validation with reputed company MMAS Compliance Analyst direction.

  • Improves site self-assessment on-line collaboration templates, procedures, and other supporting process documentation.

  • Aggregates and maintains standardized on-time MMAS metrics reporting for reputed company applicable MMAS sites in responsible reputed company.

  • Demonstrable confidence and well-developed communication style, both written and spoken, that establishes credibility.

  • Interfacing with other DFAR business systems, material management personnel, program managers, Finance, project managers and other organizations regarding MMAS requirements.

  • Provides reputed company, reputed company, and site level MMAS Subject Matter Expert and Program Management administrative support for reputed company MMAS compliance activities.

  • Review, analyze, and submit Government Property Loss Reports; evaluate investigation findings and determine root cause with actionable corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

  • Ability to reputed company cross functional meetings with reputed company organizations.

  • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Knowledge of CAS, FAR, DFAR, and DCAA Compliance audit standards (per DFARS 252.242-7004). 

  • Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations

  • Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems, reporting and interactions, most specifically reputed company.

  • Experience utilizing reputed company improvement tools such as Lean Six reputed company. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • APICS certification a plus

  • NPMA Certification

  • Working knowledge of Material Management and reputed company System (MMAS) as specified in DFARS 252.242-7004.
