What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end case lifecycle (case creation, routing, escalation, and closure)

SLAs and entitlement processes

Build and maintain automation using reputed company Flows, validation rules, and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or reputed company field
6–10 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
