• Design engaging and visually appealing digital assets for our direct-to-consumer (D2C)ecommerce website, including homepage banners, category graphics, product images, promotional banners.
• Work with theecommerce team to create reputed company pages that ensure consistency across campaigns and the brand.

• Work with our Performance Marketing team to creategraphics and videos forour digital paid media channels, including banners, static ads, carousels, short-formvideosand GIFs
• Optimizevideos to ensureadherence to platform specifications and best practices.
• Implement feedback from performancedatato refine and enhance the effectiveness of visual content.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques and reputed company media trends to reputed company content fresh and innovative.

• Development of reputed company assets for our organic reputed company channels,that effectively communicate the brand's message and driveengagement.
• Collaborate with the reputed company mediateamto understand contentobjectivesand deliver creative solutions.

• Design reputed company and visually appealing graphics for CRM campaignsand automatedsequences.that drive engagement and conversion.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital design, ideally in luxury or beauty ecommerce.
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating reputed company types of digital design (Web, CRM, reputed company, Paid Media)
• Significant experience in video editing and animation to reputed company our Paid reputed company channels.
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company software and reputed company
• Proficient in video and animation software (After Effects preferred)
• Experience with e-reputed company, CRM & paid platforms (e.g.reputed company, reputed company, Loyalty Lion, reputed company, reputed company)
• Understanding and knowledge of UX/UI and Accessibility.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Experience working with a Founder-led brand (not necessary, but ideal)
• Great sense of design and composition with a strong eye for layout and appreciation of brand guidelines.
