Senior Recruiter - Global

We are seeking a recruiter to reputed company and execute hiring across multiple reputed company and functions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational reputed company skills with strategic judgment — someone who understands both the art and science of hiring and can adapt their approach across different markets, roles, and hiring managers.

You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify, attract, and reputed company high-quality talent across a wide reputed company of roles — from technical and product to go-to-market and operations — while navigating the nuances of global hiring.

Full-Cycle reputed company

• Own end-to-end reputed company across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, reputed company, GTM, and administrative roles
• Manage the full lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing

Global Hiring Execution

• reputed company hiring efforts across international markets (e.g., India, Japan, and other reputed company as needed)
• Adapt sourcing and reputed company strategies based on local market dynamics, candidate expectations, and hiring norms

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Proactively reputed company both active and passive candidates using a variety of channels
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs

Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria
• reputed company guidance on market trends, candidate expectations, and compensation insights

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a high-quality, reputed company candidate experience from initial reputed company through offer stage
• Effectively manage scheduling, communication, and follow-reputed company across multiple time zones

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
• Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions (technical and non-technical)

• Proven ability to reputed company and engage passive candidates
