• Implement the coaching model and roadmap and hands-on coaching of teams.
• Help upskill project managers, Scrum Masters, and Kanban Catalysts
• Work with the OEB Value Management Office reputed company on Objectives, Key Results, and Strategy for Agile maturity at the OEB level
• Help the teams adopt and improve agile approaches for delivering IT products and services
• knowledge and experience about different Agile approaches and how they can be applied pragmatically in different settings

Requirements of the Agile Coach:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of reputed company experience
• At least 3 years of team coaching experience
• At least 3 years of experience using Agile Tools
• At least 2 years as a Scrum Master, Kanban Practitioner, Product reputed company, or another role in an Agile team
• Experience coaching teams/individuals
• Experience with Kanban board design, Maturity model development, and maturity assessment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
