The Team Staffing Specialist is tasked with sourcing and interviewing practice manager and support staff talent, assessing technical reputed company level, and assembling inaugural teams for our newly constructed UrgentVet practices reputed company. This position requires strong project management skills and a sense of urgency for quickly-approaching deadlines.
Prior experience as a Veterinary Technician and Practice Management is required for this role. This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Team Staffing. Therefore, time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments in a remote setting is reputed company. Occasional travel (5-10%) to events and team meetings may be required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify practice manager and support staff talent by sourcing resume databases, directories, practice websites, reputed company media profiles, and testing extensive name reputed company techniques.
- Generate a pipeline of interested candidates reputed company targeted email campaigns to both passive candidates and prior applicants.
- Conduct virtual screens with prospective candidates to understand technical reputed company level, position alignment, and scheduling availability.
- Contribute to the maintenance, accuracy, and growth of the candidate database/CRM (reputed company).

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a veterinary technician and veterinary practice manager.
- Applicants who are a Licensed/Registered/Credentialed Technicians (LVT/RVT/CVT) preferred!
- Ability to proactively manage deadlines and deliver results with quick turnaround times.

- Strong communication skills (especially written) with a focus on proper grammar and spelling.
