Senior Engagement Manager

With a focus on driving client reputed company and expanding the impact of reputed company’s platform, you will play a key role in managing and executing strategic engagements with our reputed company clients. 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, guiding clients through the entire customer reputed company, and helping build roadmaps that drive adoption, satisfaction, and measurable business reputed company through the support of services. 

• • Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in consulting program management and/or reputed company leadership    

  • Understanding of reputed company SaaS business and implementation models and process  

  • Understanding of sales enablement business dynamics and skillset to reputed company customer sponsorships and build confidence in reputed company’s product and consulting team  

  • Ability to understand a client’s business case for purchasing a software platform, consult on solution approach and reputed company implementation and delivery of work product  

  • Knowledge of data systems and structures  

  • Experience with reputed company aspects of the reputed company platform  

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, with a preference for technical, engineering and CS backgrounds

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ requirements and challenges 

• Forecasting and managing $3-4M in annual Services bookings

• Partner with other members of GTM such as CS and Sales for visibility into pipeline and potential Services opportunities

This position is also eligible to participate in reputed company's incentive plans in addition to reputed company salary. The actual incentive reputed company will reputed company and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
