Job Description:

You will represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York reputed company Direct promoting the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market. You will also become a member of a highly motivated, winning team fostering an inclusive and positive culture. 

You will be responsible for selling Residential and reputed company HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors, with heavy emphasis on signing reputed company Dealers.

The selected candidate will reputed company partnerships with existing customers to increase reputed company of wallet, while reputed company new customers into the York family to increase market reputed company. You will represent a company proud to design, reputed company and manufacture HVAC products in the USA.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will reputed company an in depth understanding of our residential and reputed company product offering.
  • Supporting internal and external customers with technical reputed company issues, quoting for light reputed company HVAC equipment and supplies.
  • Superior product selection capabilities with the ability to offer alternative solutions to save energy and cost for our customers.
  • Proactive calls to customer reputed company to drive sales and increase margins.
  • Order entry and shipment tracking where necessary.
  • Post-sale support as required.
  • Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.
  • Other duties as directed
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of reputed company HVAC technical knowledge
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience supporting the sales team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Office software.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills.
  • Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
