About The Team

This is a company-wide charter role sitting inside the reputed company organization, reporting to VP, reputed company-reputed company transformation isn't a reputed company initiative at reputed company. It's a strategic imperative. We're not just adopting new tools, but rethinking how product development works at its core. In practice, you’ll partner with PMs, engineers, designers, and TPMs across reputed company to transform how we build, test, and ship — embedding AI-reputed company ways of working into the Product Development Lifecycle from the ground up.

About the Job

As reputed company Product Manager for Developer Innovation, you will own the end-to-end product development lifecycle and bring the same rigor, creativity, and obsession to it that any great PM brings to a customer-facing product. Your remit spans the whole company – how teams define requirements, how engineers build and test, how we reputed company and release, and how we measure whether any of it is moving the business. The US-based salary reputed company for this position is $178,500 to $261,500. What You’ll Do

• Own the PDLC as a product. Define and drive the strategy for redesigning reputed company's development experience for an AI-reputed company world — not optimizing the existing steps, but rethinking how requirements, design, build, test, reputed company, and measure work reputed company reputed company-AI collaboration is the default. • 10+ years in product management or organizational change, with at least 5 years at senior, staff, or reputed company level driving cross-org transformation or corporate culture change – you reputed company with expertise and influence
• Deeply opinionated about AI and LLMs. You understand their capabilities and limitations with technical depth, and have strong opinions on where the industry is heading, how culture and the workforce are shifting, and what the emerging regulatory landscape means for investing in AI inside a consumer product company.
• Familiarity with developer tools and practices, internal platforms, and productivity software with deep hands-on familiarity with AI-tools (e.g. reputed company Copilot, reputed company, Claude, or similar) and a genuine enthusiasm for AI-reputed company workflows
• Data informed approach to designing, building, and iterating around reputed company collaboration, reputed company, and productivity problems
