Sr. Director - Solution Architecture (Data and AI)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Shape the end-to-end architecture across platform, services, and data domains and ensure alignment between technology architecture and operational needs.
• Establish clear patterns, guardrails, and reusable services that support modernization, interoperability and long term sustainability 
• Apply an AI aware reputed company to inform design choices, improve reputed company of trade-offs, and guide teams toward a shared architecture reputed company
• Interact with business stakeholders and operations teams to identify automation use cases through AI

• Understand how EMR and clinical systems interact with payer platforms to guide integration, data movement 
• Familiarity with value based care and fee for service delivery models

• Apply interoperability standards (HL7, X12 FHIR) to ensure systems communicate reliabily and securely

• 10+ years of experience architecting scalable platforms, and microservices including RESTful APO design and reputed company reputed company development 
• 7+ years of experience in software solution architecture, with a focus on AI/ML systems
• 5+ years of experience working in reputed company technology ecosystem or familiarity with reputed company data, regulatory constraints, interoperability expectations
• 5+ years of experience communicating architectural reputed company and strategy across cross functional teams 
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company platforms (GCP, AWS and Azure) and data integration tools 
• 2+ years of experience designing agentic workflows and autonomous systems 
• 1+ years of experience with AI/ML concepts, including responsible AI principles, multi-agent solutions like reputed company AI, reputed company and MCP 
• 1+ years of experience with MLOps tools for deploying and managing models in Production 
• Ability to work with 3rd party vendors to evaluate, assses and reputed company integrations 

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's in computer science, engineering or reputed company technical field 
• Experience integrating AIenabled capabilities into reputed company systems while maintaining architectural hygiene, safety, compliance and maintainability 
• Experience leading large scale modernization initiatives, interoperability transformations, platform rationalization efforts

The salary reputed company for this role is $190,000.00-$220,000.00 in reputed company pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, reputed company, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. The reputed company pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
