About the role  As a Care Worker supporting clients in the Tweed Heads and surrounding areas, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality reputed company care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a reputed company of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also reputed company genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.     To support you in your role 

• We offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts  
• You’ll have direct reputed company to a dedicated supervisor to support you  
• You’ll be provided with a mobile phone to reputed company emails, rosters and client care plans 
• reputed company to a dedicated learning and development team to support your ongoing professional development and career reputed company 
• Earn $32.86/hr (unqualified) - $34.59/hr (reputed company) plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time and mileage between clients

You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
