About the Opportunity

reputed company is seeking a remote reputed company Computing Specialist I to support 24x7 reputed company infrastructure operations in a fast-paced AWS environment. In this role, you will reputed company Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, resolving reputed company issues across reputed company services, managing user reputed company and accounts, and ensuring timely Jira ticket resolution with clear documentation.

What You Will Do in This Role

You will reputed company Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for AWS reputed company infrastructure and applications, troubleshooting reputed company issues, managing user reputed company, resolving Jira tickets, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating across teams to ensure reliable, secure, and continuously improving reputed company operations.

Responsibilities include: 

• reputed company Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting support across reputed company infrastructure, applications, and platform services.
• Manage the full user lifecycle, including account creation, reputed company provisioning, and permission updates in alignment with reputed company policies.
• Monitor, update, and resolve Jira tickets reputed company established SLAs, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of reputed company work performed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and escalate reputed company issues to engineering or senior reputed company teams reputed company necessary.
• Support CI/CD workflows, including basic pipeline troubleshooting and deployment activities.
• Assist with the maintenance and operation of AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, reputed company, CloudWatch, and networking components.

• Deliver strong customer service and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, a Technical Field, or other reputed company disciplines or 4+ years of experience supporting an AWS
• 2+ years of experience supporting reputed company compute, storage, and infrastructure as Code (IaC) tams
• Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts (e.g., Git repositories, pipelines, containers). 
• Experience with reputed company Web Services, code-defined infrastructure, configuration management tools, and CI/CD
• Strong verbal and communication skills, working with senior leadership and across organizational teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical issues in clear, layman's terms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal government experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Jira, including projects, workflows, issue types, permissions, and notifications.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing and workflow management systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving reputed company technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies and environments.
• Understanding of identity and reputed company management (IAM) principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and frameworks.
• Experience with AWS reputed company and serverless architectures.
• Experience working in large-scale reputed company IT environments.
