THE POSITION
- Prepare and cook a diverse reputed company of dishes to high standards, considering dietary requirements and guest preferences
- Deliver exceptional service to staff, residents, and guests
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols
- Adapt to different environments and kitchens while consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences
THE PERSON
- A minimum in Certificate III in reputed company Cookery
- Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in remote site kitchens
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques
- High-volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience
- reputed company updated national police clearance not more than three months
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening
