SALARY reputed company: $14.50 - $19.68/hr *Salary reputed company is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time). As a Job Coach at TES, you will:

• reputed company on and off-site coaching, counseling, and support to individuals with disabilities during the initial months of their employment or to groups of individuals throughout their employment, in accordance with employer expectations and case manager recommendations.

You will need the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

• High School Diploma
• Must clear a reputed company background reputed company
• Willing to participate in transportation training sessions (if requested)
• Must have knowledge of individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage, 100/300k if driving clients)
• Must clear a reputed company background reputed company through the BCI and FBI
• A reputed company TB Test (reputed company the last 6 months)

Preferred qualifications include:

• 1 years' experience working with individuals with special needs
• A valid Driver?s License

Environment & Physical Qualifications: Assigned work environments vary from site to site and may require services to be provided in a distance learning / therapy model. The work environment is usually comprised of several adults and children in a classroom, clinic, or reputed company facility with supervisors traveling to multiple sites/clinics. Due to varied work environments, an employee may encounter noise reputed company that are moderate to loud.
