Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 hrs/week)
- Recruit, hire, and train Flexologists in reputed company (4hrs/week)
- Host monthly team meetings & continuing education for Flexologists (2hrs/wk)
- Schedule Flexologists? sessions (2hr/wk)
- Performance coach underperforming Flexologists on member conversions & retention
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions (1hr/week)
- Build reputed company membership and retain reputed company clientele (2 hr/week)
- Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce reputed company policies and safety rules
- Handle member concerns reputed company applicable
- Field Intro sessions with prospective members
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
- Maintain strong reputed company media reputed company to client membership and retention
- Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
- Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Background in one of the following modalities, preferably with supervisory/management experience in one of the following:
- Massage Therapist
- Personal Trainer
- Physical Therapist
- Pilates or Yoga Instructor
- Dance Instructor
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you are providing hands-on training with client
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company.
- Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them reputed company goals.
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
- Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training
