Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our pharmacy support team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with pharmacy customers reputed company inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to reputed company timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis to determine the most suitable solutions for customer issues, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
