Responsibilities

As an Airport Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up, ensuring timely and efficient handling of luggage
• Resolving issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, providing empathetic and professional support to our customers
• Utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations
• Handling customer interactions with poise and professionalism, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Possess a valid In-State Driver's License
