Job Summary
As a Customer Supply Chain Partner at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for acting as the primary supply chain contact for our retail customers, leading performance reviews, and managing business change communications. You'll work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations, drive business growth, and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary supply chain contact for MMI retail customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- reputed company performance reviews with customers to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
- Manage business change communications with customers, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution

- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in supply chain operations

Requirements
* Experience in FMCG, customer service, or account management, preferably in a similar role

- Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Understanding of reputed company supply chains for retail product delivery
- Experience with reputed company, AS400, or COGNOS is desirable, but not essential
- Numerate, problem-solver, resilient, proactive, and reputed company to manage priorities under pressure
- Willingness to travel for site and customer visits
