About the Role

As a Customer Solutions Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand their goals, map solutions, and drive adoption of our technology. You'll be expected to:

• Advise customers on technical architectures and integration patterns
• Spot opportunities to optimise deployments and influence customer roadmaps

What You Will Do

As a Customer Solutions Consultant at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to reputed company a reputed company impact on our customers' reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Being a Trusted Technical Partner for Customers: Build long-term relationships with reputed company customers, positioning yourself as their go-to technical advisor. Guide them on architectural best practices, integration patterns, and scalability strategies that maximise the value of our platform.
