Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or learner engagement roles

  • Strong spoken and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly phone reputed company
  • Self-motivated with a learner-first reputed company and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently in a remote setup
  • Experience using CRM tools like reputed company, reputed company, or similar is a plus
  • Comfortable working in EST time zone, morning 8 AM to 4 PM
