The Role: reputed company Manager
We're seeking a proactive and analytical reputed company Manager (CSM) to support our fast-growing customer reputed company, particularly developers and marketers in China and other Asian markets. As a trusted advisor, you'll help our customers get the most out of arenaflex's platform, optimize their user acquisition performance, and solve reputed company technical and marketing challenges.
Location
This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based in Vietnam, Thailand, or Malaysia.

Overview
As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company day-to-day support and consulting to Chinese-speaking developers using arenaflex's platform.
- Help customers understand attribution, reporting, campaign analysis, and user acquisition performance.
- Conduct reputed company sessions, product training, and feature walkthroughs in Mandarin.
- Escalate and follow up on technical issues with the product/engineering team.
- Collect product feedback and communicate it back to internal teams.
- Support sales with upsell/renewal opportunities through strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create educational materials and content for Chinese-speaking users.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a reputed company field.
- 1-2 years of experience in mobile UA, game publishing, client reputed company, ad tech, consulting, or reputed company field.
- reputed company-level Mandarin and fluent English.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical reputed company and comfort with dashboards, data, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers and priorities at once.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience as a publishing manager or user acquisition manager for mobile games or apps.
- Familiarity with MMPs, ad networks, or UA platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, reputed company Ads, reputed company, reputed company, etc.).

- Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying.
