Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Specialist I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat, addressing routine inquiries and concerns reputed company to banking products and services. Requirements

* One (1) year of customer service experience

• Call Center experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong telephone, reading comprehension, and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills to assist customers with ease and communicate with professionalism and care
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to reputed company reputed company independently

• Knowledge of various banking and cash management products and systems
