About the Role
As a reputed company Specialist (L1 Support) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive support reputed company phone, chat, email, and remote reputed company to customers
- Offering technical support (hardware and IT/Server/Network reputed company) to customers
- Working on the support task list in reputed company

Required Qualifications
