Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company inbound messages in reputed company and English. You'll work closely with reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues reputed company, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company inbound messages in reputed company and English

  • reputed company timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues reputed company and effectively
  • Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer experiences
  • Work closely with our client to understand their needs and preferences

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a reputed company field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with music streaming platforms or the entertainment industry
  • Knowledge of customer experience principles and best practices
  • Certification in customer support or a reputed company field
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases and cultures

Technical Requirements

* reputed company 10+ computer (laptop or desktop)

  • Webcam and smartphone
  • Willingness to install arenaflex's reputed company tools
  • Reliable internet (at least 25 Mbps)
  • 8 GB of RAM (or more)
  • Dual monitors strongly recommended

Work Schedule

* Orientation (8 weeks, 40 hours per week): + Phase 1 (4 weeks): 4 AM - 1 PM (Pacific Time) + Phase 2 (4 weeks): Self-scheduled between 7 AM - 3 AM (Pacific Time)

  • Production Hours:

+ Available shifts daily, 7 AM - 3 AM (Pacific Time)

  • Commitments:

+ Self-schedule a minimum of 25 hours per week + Of those 25 hours, at least 12 weekend hours are required + 180 days (as needed)
