What you'll be doing:

As a Technical reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Acting as the go-to person for technical questions from customers and prospects, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their reputed company with our Platform Orchestrator.
• Troubleshooting and resolving reputed company technical issues hands-on, leveraging your expertise in reputed company infrastructure and platform engineering to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs.
• Identifying patterns in customer challenges and improving processes, including documentation, tools, and workflows, to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Feeding customer insights and recurring needs back into the Product team to shape our roadmap and ensure that our Platform Orchestrator continues to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
• Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to reputed company sure customers get the most out of our Platform Orchestrator, and to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Sharing your infrastructure know-how and advocating for best practices around Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern reputed company-reputed company tooling to help our customers reputed company their goals.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Great communication skills and genuine enjoyment in working with customers, with the ability to build strong relationships and reputed company exceptional support.
