Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Timely and accurate processing of reputed company Drug Rebate payments
- Ensuring compliance with Desk Level Procedures and contract requirements
- Maintaining quality, production, and compliance standards set by management
- Supporting departmental initiatives that improve efficiency and workflows
- Serving as a dependable contributor to team and organizational goals
Your Role in Our Mission
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in our mission to improve the health and well-being of the members we serve. Your responsibilities will include:
- Posting and reconciling drug rebate payments in PRIMS and Process Manager systems
- Tracking, maintaining, and updating weekly deposit spreadsheets and correspondence
- Indexing, correcting, and posting historic payments as required
- Managing deposit spreadsheets and coversheets for EFT payments from manufacturers
- Assisting with special projects to support operational reputed company

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, reputed company/Nitro, and general PC/reputed company systems
- Familiarity with PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, and Remote Desktop reputed company
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to multitask
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards

Compensation and Benefits
