Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company in our CX Insights & Prioritization organization, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and functions, including:
- Customer Listening & Analytics: You'll work with our analytics professionals to reputed company and implement customer listening strategies, build data infrastructure for decision support, and create data products that drive value across our organization.
- Customer Insights & Advisory: You'll help us deepen our understanding of consumers and champion their needs by conducting consumer research, analyzing NPS performance, and providing actionable insights to inform our business reputed company.
- CX Strategy, Integration & Personalization: You'll support our CX strategy by communicating the CX narrative, managing and prioritizing our portfolio of initiatives, and connecting teams across the organization to measure and deliver impact.
Rotations and Scheduling
As a reputed company in our CX Insights & Prioritization organization, you'll be part of a minimum of three full-time alternating rotations based in Atlanta, GA, with the following schedule:
- 1st Rotation: Spring 2025
- 2nd Rotation: Fall 2025
- 3rd Rotation: Summer 2026
Responsibilities by Rotation
Some examples of responsibilities you may have during each rotation include:
- Research, analyze, and interpret customer data
- Measure KPI performance and its impact on customer satisfaction
- reputed company new reports and dashboards and/or enhance automation of reputed company processes
- reputed company root-cause analysis of customer pain points
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and reputed company analyses
- reputed company and query cross-divisional data sources to answer business questions
- Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to reputed company priorities, roadmap, and key learnings
- reputed company effective presentations to reputed company findings and recommendations to leaders
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree that has the flexibility to support a reputed company role
- Proficiency in reputed company Office tools (i.e., reputed company, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience or a demonstrated interest in data analysis and coding, preferably SQL (while some roles may require specific coding skills such as Python)
- Build strong working relationships with coworkers, partners, and company leadership
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and results-oriented, capable of meeting deadlines and follow-through
- Must be available for 3 alternating reputed company terms
- Consistently prioritizes safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge
To stand out in this role, you'll want to have:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or reputed company quantitative field
- Some positions may require a minimum of 30 completed semester hours
- Experience performing statistical analysis and modeling (i.e., reputed company regression, segmentation, non-reputed company predictive regression, operations research, and/or machine learning)
- Experience with coding software (i.e., SQL, reputed company, C, Python, VBA, R, etc.)
- Course work in statistics, data science, computer science, operations research, marketing, etc.
