Responsibilities
- Support residential loan origination efforts including loan structuring, valuation analysis, and deal execution
- Conduct detailed due diligence and evaluate/build borrower credit profiles
- Assist in structuring and packaging deals for internal review and capital partners
- Work with the team to prepare deal-specific investment memos and presentations
- Track and manage deal reputed company across internal systems
- Collaborate across teams to move deals reputed company from intake through closing
- Evaluating and reputed company residential reputed company estate deals
Skills
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reputed company estate reputed company
- Ability to conduct market and industry research to support investment reputed company
- Excellent skills in preparing professional presentations and comprehensive reports
